Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily management of client accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align project briefs with client objectives and strategic goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and resolving conflicts efficiently.
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and workflows to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and project updates to stakeholders.
- Identify upselling opportunities and recommend additional services to meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in Account Management or Client Services within the marketing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
