Maxis is seeking a dynamic and strategic Account Manager to join our Enterprise Business team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary advocate for our Corporate and Mid-Market clients, driving digital transformation through our suite of market-leading connectivity and cloud solutions.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring that our enterprise clients receive world-class service. This role is perfect for a consultative seller who thrives on building long-term relationships, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and executing high-impact sales strategies that result in sustainable revenue growth and client retention.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for mid-market and corporate clients, from lead qualification to contract closure.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and IT decision-makers.
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and product teams to deliver tailored connectivity and enterprise software solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales pitches and competitive positioning.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty by acting as the main point of escalation and support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B account management or corporate sales, preferably in Telco or ICT.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, connectivity solutions, and digital enterprise products.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Ability to interpret data and provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
