PropertyGuru Group, Southeast Asia's leading PropTech company, is seeking an energetic and strategic Account Manager - Developer to join our dynamic team in Penang.

In this critical role, you will be the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for our portfolio of developer clients. You will nurture relationships, understand their unique business challenges, and ensure they achieve exceptional results using PropertyGuru's ecosystem of products and services. Your ability to drive client satisfaction and retention will directly contribute to our market leadership.

You will collaborate extensively with internal teams including Sales, Product Marketing, and Technical Support to advocate for client needs and deliver seamless solutions. This is a partnership-building role that requires deep industry insight, proactive problem-solving, and a passion for helping businesses grow.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage a portfolio of developer accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and revenue retention.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to track performance, identify trends, and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for client issues, coordinating with internal support teams for timely resolution.
  • Develop account plans and strategies to drive product adoption and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to support contract negotiations, renewals, and expansions.
  • Gather market intelligence and client feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, activities, and forecasts in the CRM system.
  • Represent PropertyGuru at industry events and client meetings to strengthen partnerships.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Key Account Management in a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience in the Property/Real Estate or Technology/SaaS industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue and retention targets.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a strong plus.
