Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients in the construction industry
- Drive sales growth of Hilti's diamond tool solutions across the Klang Valley territory
- Provide technical expertise on diamond cutting, drilling, and grinding applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated customer solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in technical sales or account management
- Strong knowledge of construction tools and diamond cutting technology
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Malaysian driving license with clean record
- Certification in sales or construction technology is advantageous
