Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers, providing guidance on client engagement and negotiation strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and decision-makers
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth and competitive advantage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Prepare and present quarterly business reviews, sales forecasts, and performance reports to senior leadership
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring long-term client retention
- Champion the company's brand and values in all client interactions and industry forums
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing high-value client portfolios
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the Indonesian market with established network connections is highly desirable
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to changing business priorities
