Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for electronics brands on TikTok Shop
- Negotiate and manage partnerships with top electronics manufacturers and retailers
- Drive sales growth through targeted campaigns and promotional activations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product) to optimize seller experiences
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key electronics industry players
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or partnership roles
- Proven track record in electronics or fast-moving consumer goods industry
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with e-commerce platforms or social commerce (TikTok, Tokopedia, or similar)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Data-driven approach with analytical mindset
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-oriented environments
