In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and driving revenue growth within the enterprise sector. Your day-to-day will involve strategic account planning, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record in B2B sales, we want you to help us scale our enterprise business in Indonesia.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key enterprise clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and quotas.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify needs and upsell/cross-sell relevant solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to customize solutions for specific client requirements.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and documentation for management review.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to the team.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Account Management or Enterprise Sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Result-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
