As an Account Manager, you will be the face of Pacific Internet for our enterprise clients. You will play a critical role in identifying market opportunities, nurturing executive-level relationships, and delivering cutting-edge connectivity and managed service solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and acquire new enterprise-level clients to expand the company's market share in the Philippines.
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and technical demonstrations to C-suite executives and decision-makers.
- Negotiate commercial terms, service level agreements (SLAs), and contracts to ensure win-win outcomes.
- Collaborate with the technical pre-sales and operations teams to design bespoke solutions for complex client requirements.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline within the CRM system.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide actionable market intelligence to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of successful experience in B2B Sales or Account Management, ideally within the Telco, ISP, or ICT sectors.
- Strong understanding of networking technologies, cloud services, and enterprise connectivity solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Established network of business contacts within the Makati and Metro Manila area is highly preferred.
