Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing ERP software clients to ensure high retention rates
- Identify growth opportunities through upselling/cross-selling of ERP solutions and services
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical support, product) to resolve client issues promptly
- Monitor client satisfaction metrics and implement retention strategies
- Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts for key accounts
- Stay updated on ERP industry trends and competitive landscape
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in account management or B2B sales
- Proven track record in ERP software or enterprise SaaS solutions
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and digital transformation
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales methodologies
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Proficiency in English with strong presentation skills
