You will be responsible for spearheading client onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration, and nurturing long-term relationships that drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is an expert at identifying client needs, providing bespoke solutions, and leading sales team members toward achieving ambitious targets in a fast-paced environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing high-value exhibition service contracts.
- Oversee the onboarding and integration of new clients, ensuring a world-class customer experience.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share in the exhibition sector.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide mentorship to junior sales staff.
- Collaborate with internal operations and creative teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the industry.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably within the exhibition, events, or advertising industry.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of motivating teams to meet objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
