Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders across Financial, Enterprise, and Education accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients by understanding their evolving needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, progress, and performance metrics for management review.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability and client retention.
- Stay updated with industry trends to provide consultative value to our clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Account Management or B2B Sales, ideally within the technology or card solutions industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Proven track record of managing multiple accounts simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing, cross-functional team.
