Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain long-term, 'three-dimensional' relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the financial sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and execute strategic account plans to maximize client retention and growth.
- Conduct professional consultative meetings to understand client requirements and align company solutions accordingly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, ensuring high levels of service satisfaction and timely resolution of inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to deliver tailored financial products and seamless client experiences.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in service delivery.
- Prepare regular reports on account health, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development, preferably within the Financial Services or Fintech industry.
- Proven track record of managing high-value portfolios and meeting aggressive sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-suite level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a professional and consultative demeanor.
- Deep understanding of financial market dynamics and regulatory landscapes in Singapore.
