In this pivotal role, you will be the primary advocate for our clients, helping them navigate complex technological landscapes to achieve their strategic business objectives.

As an Account Manager at Fujitsu, you will take ownership of the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from identifying new opportunities and managing pre-sales engagements to ensuring successful post-sales delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide cutting-edge IT solutions, cloud services, and security infrastructure tailored to the rigorous demands of banking and financial institutions. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed revenue targets for the FSI vertical.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within financial institutions.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and solution presentations.
  • Collaborate effectively with pre-sales engineers and product experts to design tailored IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the FSI landscape.
  • Manage post-sales support activities to ensure high client satisfaction and drive account retention and expansion.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to regional management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Financial Services or IT Solutions sector.
  • Strong understanding of the FSI ecosystem, including regulatory compliance and digital banking trends.
  • Proven track record of managing long sales cycles and closing high-value enterprise deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical requirements into business value.
  • Results-oriented with the capability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
