In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic partner to our grocery marketplace sellers and major brands, helping them navigate the complexities of our platform.

You will be responsible for end-to-end seller success, from initial store setup and onboarding to advanced performance optimization. By leveraging data-driven insights and our platform's unique ecosystem, you will empower our partners to drive sales, improve operational efficiency, and provide exceptional value to the end consumer. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage a portfolio of FMCG/Grocery sellers, providing end-to-end account management and strategic consultation.
  • Guide new partners through store setup, catalog management, and platform navigation to ensure a seamless launch.
  • Analyze shop performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Develop and execute customized business plans to increase seller revenue and brand visibility on our marketplace.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on platform tools, promotional mechanics, and logistics optimization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, marketing, and policy teams to resolve seller pain points.
  • Drive seller adoption of platform features and participate in seasonal campaign planning.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in E-commerce, Key Account Management, or FMCG sales.
  • Strong understanding of the Philippine retail and grocery market landscape.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL knowledge is a plus) to translate metrics into actionable strategy.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and growth KPIs.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed organizational structure.
