Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts within the food service sector, including restaurants, hotels, and caterers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular client visits and needs assessments to ensure high satisfaction levels and retention.
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management on a regular basis.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide strategic insights.
- Resolve client complaints and issues efficiently to maintain strong, positive relationships.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Metro Manila for client meetings and site visits.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
