You will work from our Semarang branch office with occasional travel to surrounding areas for business development activities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail clients in the Semarang area
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth for CCTV products
- Conduct regular market research to identify trends and competitive offerings
- Organize and participate in road shows, product demonstrations, and marketing events
- Create and implement effective sales strategies tailored to retail clients' needs
- Prepare and present sales proposals and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with technical team to provide comprehensive solutions to clients
- Monitor sales performance and achieve quarterly targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in security technology or retail products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel outside Semarang area as required
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of CCTV products and security systems is a plus
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools
