MNC Guna Usaha Indonesia is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to lead our business expansion within the heavy equipment sector across Indonesia. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who excels at building long-term partnerships, identifying market opportunities, and managing complex sales cycles for high-value industrial assets.

As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary bridge between our clients and our heavy equipment solutions. You will be responsible for driving business growth, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring that our market presence continues to thrive in a competitive landscape. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share for heavy equipment across Indonesia.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the construction, mining, and industrial sectors.
  • Identify new business opportunities, conduct prospecting, and manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
  • Conduct professional presentations and equipment demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (credit, operations, and support) to ensure seamless transaction processing and client onboarding.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client requirements to provide actionable feedback to leadership.
  • Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the heavy equipment, automotive, or industrial leasing sectors.
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian heavy equipment market and established professional networks.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
  • Ability to travel frequently across Indonesia as required by business operations.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle for client visits.
