  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, facilitating smooth communication.
  • Monitor account performance, analyze data, and provide insightful reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling CiviCom’s services.
  • Collaborate with operations and quality assurance teams to enhance service delivery.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and present performance updates to clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in account management within the BPO or customer service industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving client satisfaction and retention goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
  • Willingness to work hybrid, with regular presence in the Alabang office as needed.
