- Manage and nurture a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, facilitating smooth communication.
- Monitor account performance, analyze data, and provide insightful reports to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling CiviCom’s services.
- Collaborate with operations and quality assurance teams to enhance service delivery.
- Conduct regular business reviews and present performance updates to clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in account management within the BPO or customer service industry.
- Proven track record of achieving client satisfaction and retention goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Willingness to work hybrid, with regular presence in the Alabang office as needed.
