Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ICT, Data Centre, IoT & Cybersecurity sectors
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive landscape
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Track sales performance metrics and report on progress to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in the ICT sector
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of ICT, Data Centre, IoT, and Cybersecurity solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
