Join Odoo Limited as an Account Manager on our Indirect Team and become a vital part of our partner ecosystem. In this critical role, you'll be the bridge between Odoo and our valued partners, ensuring their success while driving mutual growth. You'll analyze and solve the pain points of existing Odoo Partners, directly impacting partner satisfaction, renewal rates, and retention. As a key player in our expansion strategy, you'll develop deep relationships with our channel partners, understand their business needs, and provide them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing Odoo Partners to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Analyze partner performance data and identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase partner renewal rates and expand business
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing concerns and providing solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners receive proper training and support
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights
- Prepare regular reports on partner performance and business metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in account management or partner relations
- Experience with SaaS, ERP systems, or technology sales is highly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to address complex partner challenges
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages
