Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts in industrial and manufacturing sectors
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through tailored service solutions
- Present TÜV SÜD's technical services portfolio including testing, inspection, and certification
- Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate contracts to meet client needs
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage
- Track and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience in industrial/manufacturing sectors
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client portfolios
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales methodologies
- Technical aptitude to understand industrial services and solutions
