Join TÜV SÜD, a global leader in technical inspection, testing, and certification services, as an Account Manager specializing in Industrial & Manufacturer Services. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the industrial and manufacturing sectors, driving business growth through strategic account management and solution selling.

As the Account Manager, you will leverage your expertise in technical inspection services to understand client needs and position TÜV SÜD's comprehensive portfolio of services. This includes quality assurance, safety compliance, and technical consulting solutions that help manufacturers enhance their operational efficiency, ensure product quality, and meet regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and develop customized solutions that address specific industry challenges. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical sales within the inspection, testing, and certification (TIC) industry, with a deep understanding of industrial and manufacturing processes.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the industrial and manufacturing sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert them into profitable contracts for TÜV SÜD's technical services
  • Provide technical consultation to clients on quality assurance, safety compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to deliver customized solutions that meet specific client needs
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for service enhancement
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential and existing clients
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales or account management within the TIC/inspection/industrial technical services industry
  • Deep understanding of industrial processes, manufacturing operations, and quality management systems
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex inspection and certification processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
  • Strong network of contacts in the Indonesian industrial and manufacturing sector is highly desirable
