In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our key clients, ensuring the seamless delivery of Integrated Facilities Services (IFS) while maintaining the highest standards of operational efficiency.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing contract performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring that all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure all services are delivered in strict compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Proactively track and report on KPIs, providing actionable insights for service enhancement.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams to foster a culture of service excellence and professional accountability.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline operations and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site audits and client review meetings to identify opportunities for value-added improvements.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize cost-efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Handle client feedback and resolve service escalations promptly and effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) or property services industry.
- Strong understanding of contract management and service level agreement frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proven track record in managing KPIs and achieving operational excellence in a client-facing role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and reporting software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
