As an Account Manager ISP, you'll represent our premium fiber internet services to enterprise clients, developing customized solutions that meet their connectivity needs. - Manage and expand portfolio of ISP clients in Jakarta region
- Develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach and networking
- Prepare and present customized fiber internet solutions to enterprise clients
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth service implementation
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline in CRM systems
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in ISP or telecommunications
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of fiber internet technology and business solutions
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
