Proxsis Business Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Account Manager - IT to join our expanding team. We are looking for a professional who excels in managing strategic client relationships and driving new business growth through competitive service packages.

In this remote-friendly position, you will act as the bridge between our clients and our technical teams. Your primary focus will be on maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring that our IT solutions meet the evolving needs of the market. You will have the autonomy to manage your portfolio while collaborating closely with leadership to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing strategic IT clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector to expand our market share.
  • Develop and propose competitive service packages tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and performance analysis to identify growth areas.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and issues.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Account Management or IT Sales.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software solutions, or related services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
