- Manage and grow portfolio of existing IT client accounts through strategic relationship cultivation
- Oversee service renewal cycles and contract negotiations to ensure retention
- Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities aligned with client business objectives
- Coordinate with technical teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Develop and implement account growth strategies based on market analysis
- Prepare monthly performance reports and client satisfaction metrics
- Act as primary liaison between clients and internal stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT-related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT sales or account management
- Proven track record of managing client renewals and expansions
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with technical audiences
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
