Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive account penetration strategies to capture new market share.
- Proactively prospect and identify new business opportunities within target industries.
- Conduct professional presentations and demos of IT solutions to key decision-makers.
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasting to management.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client needs and business goals.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders to drive account retention and expansion.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within the IT/Software solutions sector.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, or SaaS business models.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales quotas.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite.
