- Manage end-to-end project pipelines for assigned client accounts
- Drive purchase order conversions to achieve sales targets
- Cultivate and maintain strategic client relationships through regular engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and present performance insights
- Identify upsell opportunities within existing client portfolios
- Develop and implement account growth strategies

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of B2B account management or sales experience
- Proven track record in pipeline management and PO conversion
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience in construction/housing technology industry preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English and Filipino
