Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sector.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure the timely and accurate execution of client shipments.
  • Prepare and present professional proposals, quotations, and service presentations to prospective clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and service improvements.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve operational issues, and provide proactive updates on shipment statuses.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all professional levels.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
