Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and needs assessment
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in Sulawesi region
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and service solutions
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare monthly sales reports and performance analytics
- Train clients on service features and optimize logistics solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Logistics (S1)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of shipping/industry regulations preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
