  • Cultivate and nurture strong, lasting relationships with a diverse portfolio of property partners in Malaysia.
  • Proactively identify and implement strategic commercial opportunities to drive partner performance and increase Booking.com's market share.
  • Provide expert consultation and support, guiding partners on effective use of Booking.com products, tools, and best practices.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and partner data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, negotiate commercial agreements, and ensure partner satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Support, Product) to optimize partner experience and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for your portfolio, consistently striving to exceed targets.
  • Represent Booking.com at industry events and workshops as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, ideally within the travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or SaaS sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and fostering robust client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the Malaysian hospitality market, including regional nuances and competitive dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, proficient in using data to drive decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic international team.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
