- Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies across global platforms
- Manage and optimize seller accounts to maximize visibility and sales performance
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with marketplace partners and key clients
- Analyze marketplace trends and competitor activities to identify expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or ecommerce sales
- Proven track record in managing marketplace accounts (Amazon, eBay, Shopee, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in English
- Ability to thrive in night shift schedules with hybrid work flexibility
