Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for Mekari Qontak
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations highlighting Qontak's value proposition
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and adoption
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports for management review
- Provide ongoing client support to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales/account management experience in SaaS or technology sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in competitive markets
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms and sales methodologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to analyze client needs and tailor solutions using Qontak's features
- Experience working in Jakarta's business environment preferred
