In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our B2B clients, specializing in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions). You will be responsible for driving sales, managing key accounts, and ensuring the seamless execution of high-profile corporate events across Yogyakarta and beyond. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire and retain B2B corporate clients in the MICE sector.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Coordinate closely with internal production teams to ensure event requirements are met and delivered to the highest standards.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Oversee client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or the MICE industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing B2B relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and event management tools.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
