Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of key Mid-Market enterprise accounts in Negeri Sembilan.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities, including up-selling and cross-selling Maxis's product and service offerings.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, identify pain points, and propose relevant solutions.
- Monitor account health, identify potential churn risks, and implement effective retention strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, technical support, marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in line with company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Account Management or Enterprise Sales, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian Mid-Market enterprise landscape and business needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
