Maxis is a leading telecommunications provider in Malaysia, committed to connecting people and driving digital transformation. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our Enterprise Business team in Kuching, Sarawak.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing our Mid-Market client accounts. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth, building lasting relationships, and closing high-value business deals. You will act as the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying new opportunities to expand our service portfolio within their organizations.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Mid-Market enterprise clients to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Identify and leverage upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients to ensure alignment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including technical support and operations to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide strategic insights.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the telecommunications or enterprise sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
