Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of mortgage clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and financial assessments to recommend the most suitable mortgage products.
- Coordinate with underwriters, lenders, and internal teams to facilitate smooth loan approvals and disbursements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure strict compliance with all banking regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards.
- Prepare and present loan proposals and sales presentations to prospective clients effectively.
- Track sales performance metrics and regularly report on progress to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in mortgage origination, banking, or financial sales.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
