Intellipro Group is seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our high-performing outdoor sales team in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. As an Account Manager, you will serve as the face of Intellipro Group, scouting new market opportunities and maintaining robust relationships with our diverse client base. You will be provided with the autonomy to manage your territory effectively, supported by a professional team that values performance and career progression. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective outdoor sales strategies to expand market presence in the Kuala Lumpur region.
  • Identify and prospect new business leads through consistent field visits and networking activities.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial discovery calls and site visits to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM database of client interactions and sales pipeline progress.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide feedback to the management team regarding market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or similar outdoor sales role.
  • Strong understanding of the Kuala Lumpur business landscape and commercial territory management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for regular client meetings.
  • Ability to demonstrate resilience and a positive attitude in a competitive sales environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software).
