Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective outdoor sales strategies to expand market presence in the Kuala Lumpur region.
- Identify and prospect new business leads through consistent field visits and networking activities.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial discovery calls and site visits to contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM database of client interactions and sales pipeline progress.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Kualifikasi
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or similar outdoor sales role.
- Strong understanding of the Kuala Lumpur business landscape and commercial territory management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for regular client meetings.
- Ability to demonstrate resilience and a positive attitude in a competitive sales environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software).
