In this role, you will be the bridge between our innovative solutions and our clients' success, managing end-to-end sales lifecycles and cultivating long-term partnerships.
You will be responsible for developing new sales leads, nurturing existing relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business leads through market research, networking, and strategic prospecting.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry and proposal generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth within the assigned portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal technical and engineering teams to ensure project requirements are met and solutions are effectively communicated.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate, timely sales forecasting to management.
- Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project sales, account management, or B2B sales, preferably within the industrial or technology sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset toward market analysis.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
