Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in radio communication sector
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle for Handy Talky, LTE Radio, and POC Radio solutions
- Build and maintain strategic client relationships across key industries
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies
- Collaborate with technical team to ensure solution alignment with client needs
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape
- Meet/exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Marketing
- 3+ years B2B sales experience in telecommunications or industrial equipment
- Proven track record in account management and project sales
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Technical aptitude for radio communication technologies
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Valid driver's license and willingness for regional travel
