Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in recruitment sales, account management, or education staffing
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of Singapore's preschool sector and education industry landscape
