Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders.
- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor retail market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth product rollouts and stock availability.
- Conduct regular site visits to retail outlets to ensure brand compliance and optimal product placement.
- Analyze sales performance data to provide actionable insights and forecasts to management.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and activations to drive consumer engagement and sell-through.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in retail channel management or B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore retail landscape and distribution channels.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) for data reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to solve complex channel challenges.
