Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high retention and satisfaction levels.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT and training sectors.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
- Present and demonstrate product solutions to prospective clients, highlighting value and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal product and training teams to customize solutions for clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in account management or sales within the IT or training industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients effectively.
- Knowledge of the local Malaysian market and business practices is a plus.
