Are you a dynamic sales professional eager to drive growth in the IT distribution sector? Harrisma is seeking a dedicated Account Manager / Sales B2B to join our Product and Solution Division. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing new B2B clients, including end-users, through both direct sales and complex IT project tenders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with B2B clients and end-users in the IT industry.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Execute IT project sales strategies, including participating in public and private tenders.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key account holders.
- Collaborate with the product and solution division to recommend the best-fit technology products.
- Analyze market trends to develop effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare detailed sales proposals and presentations for client meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT or distribution sector.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, and software solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales KPIs.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client visits.
