Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new B2B ICT accounts through targeted market research and networking
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Conduct detailed needs analysis for existing clients to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Prepare and present customized ICT solution proposals aligned with client requirements
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless solution implementation and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and performance metrics in CRM systems
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging ICT technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience with proven track record in ICT/technology sector
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to close complex deals
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Deep understanding of Jakarta's B2B market and ICT industry dynamics
- Strategic thinking with ability to develop long-term client relationships
