Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and expand relationships with enterprise clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned territory through market research and networking
- Prepare and present customized proposals, contracts, and pricing solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver seamless implementation of internet services
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify competitive advantages
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and provide regular performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or IT services
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in enterprise environments
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with ability to handle complex contracts
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strategic thinking with ability to develop long-term client relationships
