Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base within the IT solutions sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and C-level decision-makers.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our comprehensive IT solutions portfolio to prospective customers.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation and prospecting to closing and post-sales support.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and pre-sales teams to ensure proposed solutions meet specific client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Provide regular, accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to the management team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or account management within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software services, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English for professional business communication.
