In this capacity, you will manage a portfolio of key accounts, identify new business development opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor to our enterprise clients. We are looking for a candidate who possesses deep industry knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, and the drive to exceed aggressive sales targets in a fast-paced market.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share within the telecommunications sector.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to final contract negotiations and closing.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with enterprise clients to ensure high retention and recurring revenue.
- Identify and analyze client pain points to provide customized, value-driven telco hardware or service solutions.
- Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and detailed reporting to senior management on a consistent basis.
- Participate in industry trade shows, networking events, and conferences to strengthen company presence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or account management within the Telco or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of current telecommunications infrastructure, network services, and digital transformation trends.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed ambitious monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- High proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated individual with a strategic mindset and a results-oriented approach.
