Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise clients for IT product distribution across Kalimantan region
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure retention and upsell opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for project-based IT solutions
- Collaborate with project delivery teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals aligned with client technical requirements
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, forecast performance, and manage pipelines
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT product sales, account management, or distribution
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software licensing, and hardware distribution models
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Deep familiarity with Kalimantan market dynamics and business networks
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating in matrixed teams
