Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new clients across Kalimantan region for IT distribution products
- Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract closure
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Collaborate with project division to align sales strategies with technical requirements
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and product demonstrations
- Track sales metrics and provide regular performance reports to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in IT distribution or technology sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in assigned territory
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- In-depth knowledge of Kalimantan market dynamics and business landscape
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
